In this exciting role, you'll be supporting a multi-site organisation that is truly cherished by its customers. You'll be working closely with senior stakeholders and the HR team to diagnose learning and talent requirements and design and deliver a suite of innovative interventions taking it from infant to adulthood, to develop high performing individuals. What you'll be doing: Working closely with senior leaders to diagnose, design and deliver a suite of training courses, and other blended solutions. Cultivate a commercially focused approach by assisting colleagues in meeting sales and service targets while identifying opportunities to enhance store performance. Continually analyse and evaluate retail training and development activities to develop and improve training content and delivery through regular benchmarking. Actively assist colleagues on the shop floor and behind the counter, facilitating sales opportunities and improving training experiences. What you'll need to be: Proven experience as a Learning & Development specialist Retail, food or beverage industry experience Strong personal impact, the ability to deal with and influence senior stakeholders Expertise in learning across technical, leadership and performance development Balance of learning theory with pragmatic implementation style A continuous improvement mindset Collaborative team player Distinct Recruitment Privacy Policy
