We have a fantastic opportunity to join a retail organisation in this brand-new role as L&D Manager.
In this exciting role, you'll be supporting a multi-site retailer that is truly cherished by its customers. You'll be working closely with senior stakeholders and the HR team to diagnose learning and talent requirements and design and deliver a suite of innovative interventions taking it from infant to adulthood, to develop high performing individuals.

What you'll be doing:
- Working closely with senior leaders to diagnose, design and deliver a suite of training courses, and other blended solutions.
- Cultivate a commercially focused approach by assisting colleagues in meeting sales and service targets while identifying opportunities to enhance store performance.
- Continually analyse and evaluate retail training and development activities to develop and improve training content and delivery through regular benchmarking.
- Actively assist colleagues on the shop floor and behind the counter, facilitating sales opportunities and improving training experiences.
What you'll need to be:
- Must have Retail industry experienceroven experience as a Learning & Development specialist
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development specialist
- Strong personal impact, the ability to deal with and influence senior stakeholders
- Expertise in learning across technical, leadership and performance development
- Balance of learning theory with pragmatic implementation style
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Collaborative team player
