Responsibilities
Work with the Head of Investment, Development & Partnerships to manage the delivery of a high quality mixed tenure, land led, package deals, new build and regeneration programme, maintaining a pipeline of development opportunities to support sustainable growth and achievement of our strategic objectives.
BRC are working with a Housing Association who are recruiting for a new Development Manager on a permanent basis.
You will report directly into the Head of Investment, Development and Partnerships and have a team of 3 project managers and an assistant project manager reporting into you.

We are working with a chartered financial Planning firm in Bristol who are looking develop an ambitious IFA Administrator or Paraplanner over the next 12 - 18 months to become a fully qualified IFA.
The other 2 days will be spent studying towards qualifications and in advisor training to develop your skills.
This opportunity will see you working closely with the Chartered Financial Planner, 3 days per week will be spent supporting with technical administration, and sitting in on client meetings to get to know the systems and clients.
