About The Role The Business Development Manager will support my clients business strategy, focusing on maintaining and enhancing client relationships, aiding in the expansion of partnerships, and driving the exploration and delivery of new business opportunities that align with their growth-oriented business model. Qualifications Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Essential Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing or a related field (or qualified by experience) Desirable Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning Experience Essential Proven Experience in Business Development: Extensive track record in business development, particularly within financial services or a related industry. Client Relationship Management: Demonstrable experience in managing and growing client relationships at a senior level. You will be required to work with a range of law firms and corporate organisations across the country, building relationships with new and existing clients. What we are looking for from you: Previously worked in a similar business development role within the legal services industry. Able to demonstrate a credible track record of delivering continual growth within a B2B sales role. Experience of key account management, specifically identifying, building and maintaining relationships within a customer focused professional services environment. Experience of generating own B2B leads and Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively convert a high percentage of leads. Ability to work to and meet set targets both independently and as part of a sales team. Excellent organisational and communication skills and is able to develop professional long-lasting relationships with clients. Can work autonomously and structure your own day.
