Reporting to the IT Desktop Manager, your key responsibilities will include providing support for the desktop estate across all computing devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
You will manage the service desk tickets in your queue, providing timely updates to our user base, and ensure customer service excellence by monitoring tickets on our ticketing system and reviewing customer feedback.

To create and maintain a quality standard to the agreed specification within set time limits within a specific area and to minimise the amount of waste litter around key areas of the site at core times during the day working closely with the site team and also undertaking ad hoc janitorial duties as requested.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 12:30 to 15:30, 15 hours per week, on a permanent, part-time basis.
Working with the Area Manager, you will inspire your team through a customer led approach and a focus on continuous improvement to deliver company strategy while being a brand ambassador for Boots Ireland.
Keeping an eye on costs and profitability through management reports while driving sales targets.
