Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead end-to-end HR implementation projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
General
The HR Implementation Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the successful implementation of payroll systems for clients or within the organisation.
This role ensures that all HR and related processes are accurately and efficiently transitioned to the new Oracle Fusion system, meeting both business requirements and regulatory compliance standards.
We are currently working alongside a wine manufacturer to find labourers to assist with general duties such as emptying and rinsing the crates, place crates into a washing machine which cleans up dirt and any grape residues, stack empty clean crates on pallets.
Wrap pallets and move them away.
When crates the crates get on conveyors, we need a couple of people picking leaves and any other unconformity which should not end up together with grapes.

This role is based in a lovely, rural location near Haywards Heath and is a specialist SEND provision, who are looking for passionate Learning Support Assistants to join their team!
Due to the location of this School, the ideal candidate will need to be a driver, as it is not accessible via Public Transport.
It is a special school catering for boys from age six to twelve with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties and Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC), including those with Asperger's Syndrome and those with a diagnosis of ADHD.
