Compliance Manager - Social Housing: Gas, Electrical and Repairs
We are recruiting for a leading social housing contractor, who is currently looking for an experienced and pro-active Compliance Manager to work across a portfolio of social housing, planned and reactive maintenance contracts across London.
The Duty Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a hotel.
The Duty Manager also works closely with all the management at the hotel to ensure that the hotel is staffed properly and that all guests are checked in and out efficiently.You must be flexible in working hours, as your shifts will include a mixture of early (7am - 3:30pm) and late (2:30pm - 11pm) shifts and working weekends and Bank Holidays.
They are responsible for ensuring that the hotel is running smoothly and that guests are satisfied with their stay.

£30k pro rata (£30k is full-time salary) depending on experience.
This is a 12-month contract initially and would be ideal for someone who is enthusiastic and personable with all-round Office Management experience including some Bookkeeping.
