The Deputy Manager would need to meet the following Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role as a Deputy Manager (children's home environment), Senior Residential Support Worker Team Leader with experience supervising shifts, and staff.
Relevant NVQ Level 3/4 or 5 Management qualification required.
