A Children's Deputy Manager is required for the Care Leavers Team in Liverpool.

Following growth in their Care Leavers and UASC Service, we require an experienced Deputy Team Manager with a robust understanding of young people's whole journey through the care system.
The Deputy Team Manager will support the team with pathway planning for young people to ensure that they have equal opportunities to study, to work and to live in high quality accommodation which meets their needs; you will also provide the Personal Advisors in the service with regular supervision alongside the Team Manager.

You will need to have the ability to develop strong relationships with key partners such as Housing and Health and be able to advocate for our young people so to secure the access to services that they need.
