Job Title: Breakfast & After School Club Deputy ManagerStart Date: ASAPLocation: Millbrook Park CE Primary School, Mill Hill, North London NW7 1JFNB: easy commute via the Northern Line, 6 mins walk from Mill Hill East StationHours: 22.5 hours per week during term time (with the opportunity to work up to 40 hrs per week during our holiday clubs if desired)Operational Hours: Monday to Friday - Hours: 7.30 - 9.00 & 15.00 - 18.00Pay: up to £13.00 per hour (plus London Weighting & Holiday Pay)*Childcare management or Childcare supervisory experience is essential for this role*Contracts Available: Term Time only or Fixed 52 week Permanent contract What's in it for you?

Responsibilities:

  • Support in managing, directing, and assisting team members in their delivery of a safe and effective programme, ensuring a motivated and happy team.
  • Plan and execute structured and exciting activities that encourage maximum participation, such as multi-sports, games, arts and crafts, structured play, and more ensuring they are age appropriate.
  • Ensure that there is effective communication between your Club Manager, venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre, and Central Operations.
