The IT Support Engineer is a diverse role incorporating second and third line responsibilities as well as some DevOps work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving helpdesk tickets and helping to develop and maintain IT systems by identifying potential improvements and implementing IT infrastructure, solutions, policies and procedures.
As an Infrastructure Support Engineer you will be a strong problem solver with great communication skills who has experience resolving complex infrastructure issues and dealing with escalations.
You will feel comfortable remotely diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving tickets in relation to issues with customer infrastructure such as Networking issues, Firewall configuration and storage solutions along with proven experience in dealing with windows server infrastructure.
The ability to work in a high paced environment is essential.
