The analysis and resolution end-user hardware, software and connectivity issues both desk-side and remotely.
Dynamic creative organisation is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join their team.
The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of experience in an IT Support role, preferably in a creative industry or equivalent qualification.
To provide desktop and remote support to users, maintain the service desk platform, software deployment, hardware configuration and provide excellent customer service.
General
This role is 5 days a week in the office.
Main Responsibilities
Triage incoming requests and incidents via email, telephone, self-service, ensuring appropriate resolutions or escalations to other teams.

We are currently working with a leading global law firm based in central London who are seeking a highly motivated senior Deskside Support Analyst to join their team.
You will be responsible for providing 2nd line/deskside support for all technology systems and mobile applications.
You will also have the opportunity to get involved with 3rd line application support.
2nd / 3rd Line Desktop Support required on an initial 4 month contract to configure, support and administer the desktop PCs, laptops and printers together with their operating systems and applications.
This role will be full time onsite and is inside IR35.
