2nd / 3rd Line Desktop Support required on an initial 4 month contract to configure, support and administer the desktop PCs, laptops and printers together with their operating systems and applications. This role will be full time onsite and is inside IR35.

- Thorough Intune and Azure knowledge
- Thorough Microsoft Windows 11 knowledge
- Thorough Microsoft Office 365 suite knowledge
- Outlook /Teams
- Lexmark Printers
- Excellent analytical skills to trouble shoot technical issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capable of working under pressure
Required Qualifications;
Essential
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
Desirable
- AS degree (BS preferred) in Management of Information Science, Computer Science, Information Technology Management
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
