Key Responsibilities Drive 3.5-tonne Luton vans, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of our products. Deliver kitchen appliances into customer homes, showcasing your friendly and professional approach. Delight customers with exceptional service, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations. Essential Requirements Customer-focused with a passion for providing outstanding service. Possess a clean UK driver's license, demonstrating your ability to navigate with confidence. Minimum 3 years of driving experience. Flexibility to adapt to customer and business requirements. Excellent communication skills, allowing you to connect with customers effectively. Strong team player, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues. Desirable Skills While not essential, previous experience driving 3.5-tonne Luton vans would be advantageous. Responsibilities: Commence each day at the local delivery office, organising and gathering mail/parcels for distribution. Utilise a handheld device to obtain customer signatures for deliveries and receive routing instructions. Expect physically demanding tasks Perform both driving and/or on-foot delivery duties, occasionally utilising a trolley for transport. Essential Skills: If driving, hold a valid UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points (a clean license is preferable). While prior delivery or driving experience is advantageous, it is not obligatory. Demonstrate strong time management and organisational capabilities. Possess excellent communication skills and a dedication to providing good customer service. Commitment to safe and responsible driving practices.
