Key Responsibilities
- Drive 3.5-tonne Luton vans, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of our products.
- Deliver kitchen appliances into customer homes, showcasing your friendly and professional approach.
- Delight customers with exceptional service, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
Essential Requirements
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing outstanding service.
- Possess a clean UK driver's license, demonstrating your ability to navigate with confidence.
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
- Flexibility to adapt to customer and business requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to connect with customers effectively.
- Strong team player, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues.
Desirable Skills
- While not essential, previous experience driving 3.5-tonne Luton vans would be advantageous.
Working Hours/Annual Leave
- Monday to Friday, from 7.30am to 5pm
- Monthly rota: One half Saturday per month (8.30am - 1pm)
- 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Salary
- £26,000 - £28,000 per year
- Your probation period will be 6 months, during which you will be paid at the rate of £26,000
- After successfully passing your probation, there will be the option to increase to a higher grade with additional learning for basic installations for which the salary will increase to £28,000
