Just come out of a meeting with the most down to earth MD and what a great role he has available for someone to come in and manage the running of the office and operations whilst he can focus on running the business.
He started out as a 1 man band almost 10 years ago now, with a 500K turnover and has continued to grow ever since, now with 12 employees in the workshop, turning over 1.6 million he is looking to and employ a fantastic Office Manager to manage customers, orders, problem solving, overseeing the factory lads and finance.
He is the type of person that will get on with anyone and he is looking for someone on his wavelength, who can have a laugh with him and the rest of the team in the workshop.
