He started out as a 1 man band almost 10 years ago now, with a 500K turnover and has continued to grow ever since, now with 12 employees in the workshop, turning over 1.6 million he is looking to and employ a fantastic Office Manager to manage customers, orders, problem solving, overseeing the factory lads and finance.
He is the type of person that will get on with anyone and he is looking for someone on his wavelength, who can have a laugh with him and the rest of the team in the workshop. You will be sat in a gorgeous modern office, where the lads and MD will be in and out every day.
You will be the cog in the machine, putting fires out, sending payroll over to accounts for wages, dealing with sales and purchase invoices and being the go to for customers and staff so this needs someone familiar with spinning many plates, that can handle the pressure and thrives in that type of role.
Due to the nature of the role, this will suit someone from a blue collar environment - Construction, logistics, wholesale, and industry where you understand how projects and processes work in this field.
They are flexible with working hours so if you're an early bird and would prefer to miss the traffic then this is perfect for you. Based in a great location with a car park right outside of the office and great transport links.
