GBR Recruitment Ltd are extremely pleased to be working with a leading chilled food manufacturing business, recruiting for an experienced Food Production Shift Manager, to work on a day shift (06:30am start) covering Tuesday to Saturday, managing a team of 6 directs (Supervisors / Line Leaders) & c.50-100 indirect Food Production Operatives.
The business has strong working practices / processes already in place, so the key focal point of this leadership role is the companies employee's.
Once any support package is in place, our bespoke package manager(s) will be responsible for:
Providing managerial oversight of the child's package to ensure that the child is provided with high quality trauma informed day-to day support that meets the child's day to day needs, promotes their safety and wellbeing and protects them from harm in line with the child's care plan.
This would include providing clear direction to the support staff when the child is in crisis.
As a Clinical Care Manager, you'll ensure smooth service delivery, fostering professionalism and reliability to enhance staff performance and client care.
Collaboration with teams ensures optimal staffing levels.
Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, staffing coordination, quality monitoring, and record-keeping.
