THE OPPORTUNITY
Macildowie are currently looking for a Sales Administrator for a well established business based in Loughborough.
You will be working in the Sales Order Processing Team assisting our Customers with Product Information, Stock Availability, Pricing and Processing the Sales Orders received.
Providing the Customers with Product Information is done several ways, most of time with the customer calling the Order Processing Team or emailing the team shared inbox.
To act as a first point of contact for Human Resource & Payroll related enquiries at BRUSH Transformers, ensuring that the department can carry out its tasks and duties effectively, to partner the Transformer Business at all levels.
To provide a full Human Resources administration service for the HR department and to related stakeholders, including payroll support where required.
Main Responsibilities
Be recognised as the first point of contact for human resource and people related matters from all levels, advising, signposting and resolving as appropriate.
Our client is looking for an experienced Health and Safety professional to join their busy team with a minimum of 2 years experienve in a comparable role.
Ideally applicants will have xperience in a manufacturing enviroment, NEBOSH qualified, IT literate and be an enthuasiastic team player.

Implementing company-wide health and safety standards and protocols.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar FCA regulated compliance role, ideally having experience within automotive finance or retail financial services.
