Our client is looking for an experienced Health and Safety professional to join their busy team with a minimum of 2 years experienve in a comparable role. Ideally applicants will have xperience in a manufacturing enviroment, NEBOSH qualified, IT literate and be an enthuasiastic team player.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Implementing company-wide health and safety standards and protocols.
- Managing and organising health and safety records and documentation.
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of health and safety training programs.
- Regularly inspecting the workplace for potential hazards and reporting findings.
- Collaborating with teams integrate safety measures into work practices.
- Participating in health and safety meetings and providing updates on issues and improvements.
- Supporting the investigation of incidents and accidents to identify causes and recommend solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety laws and regulations.
