As a Senior Data Engineer, you will lead the team's thinking when it comes to building, deploying, and hosting data engineering pipelines and solutions in production.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data pipelines, managing data infrastructure, and tooling, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
The role will be front and centre in the development of a Cloud based data platform, and will involve end to end development in Azure Databricks, including ingestion, architecture, data pipelining and preparation.
This 12 months Fixed Term Contract as Senior Data Engineer will be joining Nest, and in particular DACI (Data, Analytics and Customer Insight) at just the right time.
They will work within the Data Team alongside other Data Engineers and a Data Manager, along with third party consultants to build the platform.
