The role will be to undertake a full range of administrative duties for the Wills and Inheritance team; managing and responding to a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring callers' requests are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
Outbound calls to clients and others will be required as directed, to provide information on behalf of fee earners.
