WORKING MAINLY FROM HOME BUT CANDIDATES MUST LIVE A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO HIGH WYCOMBE, BUCKS The Project Data Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support across the product lifecycle, including maintaining all exams on the central system, compiling of reports, and maintenance for specific schemes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new products, levels & languages in the exam system Data entry for Foundation and Practitioner exams Minor updates to existing questions and the rescheduling of the papers. Online exam dynamic paper schedule - update every quarter Review pass rates by product, level & language on a quarterly basis Sending out supplier contracts Updating and editing product pages on the International website Update website FAQs and content (coordinating with Project and Relationship Managers to review page content every quarter) Assist with system testing Bulk issuing of digital badges - plus dealing with queries where candidates can't access their badges which may need to be reissued Assisting to review and update process maps, e.g. for the Configuration Management systems Creating and updating scheme guidance docs - Candidate Guidance and Notes to Invigilators Setting up new products on the eCommerce website Setting up Accounts details forms Setting up scheme owner royalty reports Setting up Supplier details form Complete Supplier Engagement checklist & save to Huddle (internal intranet) Submitting and managing change requests Work in accordance with the processes relevant to this role. Produce monthly Word and Excel reports utilising data from various systems Process practical assessment applications Manually issue certificates/badges to candidates that have completed part of their qualifications Qualifications and Experience GCSE (or equivalent) Grade A-C/9-5 in English Ideally A-Levels (or equivalent) Ideally 1 year of experience of using systems in an organisation (whether external or internal) Skills and Knowledge Excellent attention to detail Excellent command of written and spoken English Intermediate Word and Outlook skills Ability to learn new systems and technology Ability to remain calm in a high-pressure, multi-tasking environment Ability to fully understand and use the technology to effectively deal with issues and problems as they arise. Ability to prioritise workload and handle competing demands Ability to work as part of a team and independently
