As a Client Service Coordinator will be in the front line of maintaining and developing the Dutch clienteles by advising the company's products in order to meet the clients demands.
You will be based in a stunning office in Canary Wharf, London providing your expertise in delivering an excellent level of customer and administrative support.
The Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for inputting orders and coordinating deliveries to customers in the BeNeLux, keeping key accounts up to date on any outstanding orders.
You will be responsible for all sales support services, tracking of shipments, maintenance of clients, handling of all information and Dutch enquiries.
For this international client, you will be part of the international Logistics team at their Central London office and in this hybrid role you can work 3 days from home per week.
