The Commercial Industries and Access School at Kingston College are now seeking a Vocational Skills Assessor - someone to facilitate the effective and efficient practical and online assessment of leaners as well as the development of their commercial, employability and enterprise skills.
You will ensure a strong client base in the Commercial salons ensuring income targets are met and undertake assessments in the College salons and other practical areas, ensuring a professional image and a safe and secure environment is maintained.
You will assess learners on a variety of programmes across the School which may include Level 1, 2 and Level 3 in hairdressing and/or barbering and Customer Service, providing prompt and constructive feedback after the assessment.
