THE ROLE As CRM Specialist your focus will be to build and develop the CRM campaigns, specifically you will have to: Have ownership of CRM and own the end to end CRM lifecycle Identify areas for optimisation in the CRM process through segmentation and segmentation models as well as A/B testing on live campaigns Be creative, work with copywriters to be unique and personalised in your campaigns and influence uplift in the commercial outcome for the business! CUSTOMER ANALYST MANCHESTER BASED - REMOTE FIRST UP TO £45,000 THE COMPANY An exciting role working for a market leading marketplace in the retail sector. They are ahead of the game in terms of their development in their sector, steps above their competitors and are currently in an exciting time of growth. THE ROLE As a Customer Analyst, some of your main responsibilities will be: Preparing and presenting compelling analysis findings to the senior management teams. Providing actionable insights of the back of analysis completed on customer and marketing data, using SQL. Own projects end-to-end and manage the process. Work mainly on customer and marketing data sets looking at; customer LTV, churn, retention, marketing channel analysis, ROI etc. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE A successful Customer Analyst will have: Advanced experience of SQL, Tableau/ Power BI and R or Python. Commercial experience carrying out statistical analysis and predictive modelling. Highly numerate with a strong commercial acumen. Educated to a degree level in a STEM subject.
