Our client, a global Management Consultancy, is supporting a banking firm by recruiting multiple Remediation Case Handlers / Complaint Handlers for an immediate 3-month project.
These roles will be fully remote opportunities for a period of 3 months.
You will work a 35-40-hour week, Monday to Friday at a day rate of £122.23 PAYE, accruing holiday pay equivalent to 33 days from day one.
Within this contract you will be responsible for bringing high level IT expertise to both pre-sales and post-sales activities as well as being the point of contact for complex IT solutions.
You will also be responsible for the integration of products into customer environments, including the development of required interface solutions to 3rd party systems.
