The Role
As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our company by ensuring timely payments from clients.
You will be responsible for monitoring outstanding debts, communicating with clients to facilitate payment, and implementing strategies to minimise bad debt risk.
Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a firm grasp of financial principles are essential for success in this role.
Typical Credit Control it will entail, building relationships with customers to ensure you are priority for invoicing paid, manage the debt levels, credit checking new customers and managing credit limits, escalating bad debt, issuing LBAs and putting customers on stop, working with the credit insurers, overseeing another Credit Controller, reporting to the Financial Controller and adhoc duties as part of a small finance team.
