We are looking for passionate individuals who want to begin working and training as Behaviour Mentors to support our local SEND Schools in Shoreham by helping children and young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs) and some Complex Needs (Hearing impairments, Autism, Speech and language delay, ADHD).
Applications for the position are welcome from candidates of ranging experience, and training will be provided, although previous experience working with students with SEMH, particularly challenging behaviours and Trauma & Attachment will be helpful.

In this rewarding role, you'll provide essential support to children with unique challenges, including autism, ADHD, and behavioral issues, helping them feel safe, supported, and empowered.

We also need multiple candidates for further 1-2-1 and small group in other client schools across Shoreham, Worthing, Lancing and Littlehampton.
