You will be working alongside a team who manage our clients Customer Accounts in-line with contractual commitments and ensuring program expectations and KPI's are met or exceeded.
Acting as the key interface between customers and internal support departments ensuring strong and lasting relationships are built and maintained at all levels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Customer Support Managers in handling the day-to-day operational aspects of the Customer / Supplier interface in a professional, diligent and responsible manner.
Our client based in Reading, Berkshire is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their small friendly Customer Service Team.
You'll support key accounts, handle enquiries, complaints, and correspondence promptly and effectively, managing calls, co-ordinating and ensuring timely order processing and delivery, and proactive problem-solving.
This role will play a pivotal part in providing exceptional Customer Service, supporting the Customer Service and Service Delivery teams.
