Creative Graphic Designer Must have experience within the travel industry (hotels, holiday agencies, etc.) We're on the lookout for a seasoned Creative to join our client's dynamic Creative Team. You'll spearhead the creation of their advertising masterpieces across print, direct mail, and digital realms. Responsibilities: Craft captivating brochures, adverts, emails, and assorted content designs, designed to enrapture and motivate both potential and returning travellers. Lead the charge in curating marketing collateral for diverse campaigns and products, ensuring each piece embodies their brand ethos. Collaborate with the marketing head to refine their brand messaging and take the helm on ad creation, generating compelling copy that elevates performance metrics. Develop assets for social and CRM initiatives, leveraging platforms like Facebook and their email provider. Aid the Head of Marketing in strategizing the creative team's weekly workflow, ensuring seamless production, proofing, and delivery across all campaigns. Coordinate the execution of planned advertising endeavors with key marketing allies. Provide support in team organization and administrative duties as necessary. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of proven prowess within a creative environment, preferably within the Travel Industry. Proficiency in the Adobe suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is essential. Solid grasp of Microsoft Office suite. A natural-born communicator with a knack for crafting authoritative and persuasive content. Display a flair for creativity across all facets of your work, coupled with strong leadership skills to guide and nurture junior team members. Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to dive in and propel creative enhancements at every stage of development.
