ROLE: Senior Art Director

Fantastic opportunity to join a global alcohol manufacturer as their in house Senior Art Director to lead the creative direction and visual storytelling for the brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development of creative concepts and visual strategies that align with the brand's positioning and marketing objectives.
- Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from concept ideation and design to production and implementation across various channels and touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and external agencies, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Translate brand values and storytelling into compelling visual narratives that resonate with target audience and differentiate the brand in the competitive market.
- Direct photo and video shoots, guiding the creative direction and ensuring alignment with brand standards and visual identity.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as an Art Director with a strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence and strategic thinking.
- Expertise in graphic design principles, typography, layout, and visual storytelling, with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading creative teams and directing collaborative projects from concept to execution.
- Strategic mindset with a keen understanding of brand strategy, consumer behaviour, and market dynamics
