PROGRAMME ADMINISTRATOR ROLE
Providing administrative support to help ensure that the assessment process runs effectively, working closely with the Assessment Manager and Assessment Officer.
Supporting the Assessment Manager and Assessment Officer in ensuring Examiners are appropriately nominated and appointed through agreed procedures and that they are fully supported in undertaking their responsibilities through managing communications and compiling information.
The post holder will work as part of the Learning & Development Team to support L&D specialists and subject matter experts in developing immersive online courses and leverage the potential of our learning management system, maintain and manage the online course catalogue and work with our HR applications support team and our Moodle partner to manage the system on a day to day basis.

Accountabilities
Manage and housekeep the user database and oversee the transition to automation of all user enrolments in partnership with our HR applications support team.
Providing administration and facilitation support to the Learning and Development function - In particular by supporting the managing and maintaining of the eLearning LMS platform, designing and developing eLearning modules to be undertaken by various colleagues across the business and being an all-round team member for the Learning and Development department.
The role will include the option to complete a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration, which would entail 1 day a month release for college based learning and 0.5 days a week to support your study requirements.
In addition supporting you with your day to day workload and development opportunities - the Learning and Development team will work with you to ensure you are meeting our expectations and to offer additional development outside of the Diploma e.g.
