Responsibilities
Mow lawns around the garden and parkland to the highest standards.
To provide a cost effective and high quality legal service to the Council and external clients in relation to property law, commercial, associated matters and other areas of legal work undertaken by the District Council.
£50 - £55 per hour
6 Month Contracts start in January 2025), Part Time (20 hours per week)
Responsible for day-to-day maintenance, and the highest standards of horticulture, you'll also play a vital role in improving the experience of visitors to the garden and wider estate.
As a Gardener for the National Trust, you'll be a hands-on member of the garden team, involved in every aspect of gardening at Antony.
You may be asked to work occasional weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
This exciting, new opportunity is to head the varied and growing commercial portfolio of the Tatton Estate, delivering its day-to day property and strategic asset management.
The role will also include a focus on improving the environmental and community benefits of the portfolio and living the Estate's values.
The preferred candidate will be responsible for driving forwards the profitability, income and value of the portfolio including identifying and securing significant further change of use, letting and development opportunities.
