This is an interim Finance Director / CFO job to work on a project integrating two large businesses together after a merger, integrating finance teams, systems and processes quickly and accurately.
This role reports into the Group CFO, but your role will be critical in project managing the integration of the finance functions of the business on a technical and cultural level.
You will be a Qualified Accountant, and very likely a career interim with significant experience of working on mergers between separate organisations with teams in different locations.

Role
As the Senior Treasury Manager, you will manage cash and liquidity, executing the Treasury Strategy and support the Director of Treasury in a number of specialist areas including new funding.
Responsibilities
Act as the lead day to day contact for the external auditors, and own all deliverables in relation to the annual audit.
Our client, a global Management Consultancy, is supporting a banking firm by recruiting multiple Remediation Case Handlers / Complaint Handlers for an immediate 3-month project.
These roles will be fully remote opportunities for a period of 3 months.
You will work a 35-40-hour week, Monday to Friday at a day rate of £122.23 PAYE, accruing holiday pay equivalent to 33 days from day one.
