This assignment will be home-based for the duration of the assignment - which is 12 months - and must be carried out from the UK - for the purposes of the assignment, the UK is defined as England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

In addition to providing the usual range of reports to main lenders (for whom they are tier 1), they have expanded their service offering to include (amongst other private surveys) tablet based expert witness reports which can be undertaken at volume, for high fees ensuring excellent OTE.
CSRT qualification with Property Care Association necessary, CSSW optional but preferred.
