An exciting Proclaim Developer opportunity has arisen within a rapidly expanding business in the Credit Hire industry. My Client are an accident management company, who handle non-fault motor claims from cradle to grave. Purpose of the role: The successful candidate will report into our Lead Proclaim Developer, helping to identify and implement improvements on the Proclaim system to support the continual development and streamlining of business processes. The role will also involve working closely with colleagues across all areas of the business to understand essential IT requirements, and make proactive suggestions of suggested improvements and fixes for current workflows. The candidate will need to have the ability to self-motivate and work to deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Develop and effectively maintain Proclaim system Resolve both simple and more complex change requests submitted from all areas of the business, or find alternative solutions if the original request is not viable. Change requests can include but are not limited to: Set up f new user profiles Trubleshooting reporting or workflow errors Creating and maintaining new fields n proclaim and linking these with relevant reports Designing and maintaining new Prclaim screens to meet business needs Ensure SecureDocs paperwork and invoices generated from Proclaim are accurate and in line with correct terms to ensure recoverability of every claim Develop Proclaim reports based on requests from across the business and ensure reporting meets requirements Develop new Proclaim workflows to automate and streamline overall business processes Assist in maintenance of task server Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings alongside representatives from across the business to discuss Proclaim change requests to ensure potential implications and impacts for all areas are considered prior to implementation Be a willing and proactive escalation point for Proclaim technical/support issues Essential skills and experience: Proven experience as a Proclaim developer, preferably in the Motor Claims industry Working knowledge of SecureDocs preferable but not essential Experience with auto routines Ability to prioritise workload around critical tasks Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills Excellent communication abilities and teamwork skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail What we offer: Competitive holiday allowance Regular social events Monthly McDonald's breakfast
