Essential Skills
Strategy - Inputting into development plans, option and feasibility studies, research and investigations to develop strategic and/or specific responses to Estates business needs.
Degree qualification in building or engineering discipline (Architecture, Architectural Technology and variants, Building or Building Engineering, Building Surveying, Construction, Construction Management and other equivalents ) or HND in a construction related discipline.

As the Project/Contract Manager working within the Inquiry team, you will play a key role in supporting the collection and preservation of material from the Inquiry's core participants and work with the Inquiry's legal team in preparation for the Inquiry hearings.
