  • Monitor and optimize website content for better performance, customer satisfaction, and SEO.

  • Improve the online customer experience by maintaining a robust knowledge base and clear FAQs to reduce service inquiries.

  • Email Marketing:

  • Oversee all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), driving growth and interaction with local audiences.

  • Ensure timely and meaningful engagement across all social platforms, maintaining a strong community connection.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Track and analyse performance across digital platforms (website, email, social media) using Google Analytics and social media tools.

  • Use insights to optimize strategies, ensuring continuous improvement in engagement, UX, and conversions.
