We are working with a leading property management company who are based in the West End of London. They are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and friendly team. This will be acting as the first point of contact to all customers, and you will be responsible with assisting them with their queries in a professional working manner over the phone and via email. The successful candidate will have worked in a contact centre previously and have experience working in a professional services environment. Experience taking inbound calls and upholding excellent customer service is essential. Exposure to working in the property sector is desirable however this is not required.
