The jobholder will play an important role in ensuring the BTS meets its construction requirements as well as contributing to the achievement of BTS' aims and operational objectives.
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with expertise in cladding remediation and brickwork to lead projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, safety regulations, and high-quality standards.
As the Cladding Remediation and Brickwork Site Manager, your role will include supervising subcontractors, addressing challenges as they arise, maintaining strict quality controls, and regularly communicating with stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for promoting teamwork among project teams, documenting project progress, and upholding our commitment to safety.
The ideal candidate will be the number one on site responsible for the programming and planning of works alongside daily, weekly and monthly team meetings with both subcontractors and clients as required.
