Our client are seeking an experienced and super skilled legal secretary or PA to join their dynamic contentious construction team.
This is a busy and fast paced role, you must have previous experience working as a legal secretary in a well established law firm.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team's diaries, scheduling meetings, typing, as well as drafting legal documents and any ad-hoc duties required by the lawyers.
To provide a range of technical and practical project support to the UNS Project & Construction Team, including but not limited to assistance to the Construction Site Team and their day to day deliverables, ensuring the construction site and working area is kept in a secure and safe condition, escort duties, control of transport, assistance to the Clerks of Works in respect of quality records & checking, administrative support , rollout and maintenance of the construction team's Obeya Centres and other activities undertaken by the department.
General
Assist with Planning and scheduling work supporting the wider team in delivering small sized projects and work packages as part of the wider B300 programme.
