Location: Ratby, Leicestershire Duration: Long-term work Hours: 07:30am-16:30pm Rates: £13.00-£14.60 per hour, dependent on pay type Your new company This house builder is actively looking for a well-experienced and hard-working site labourer to work on their ongoing development in the Ratby area of Leicestershire. Your day-to-day duties will include: Manual lifting and moving heavy materials, compound clearance, site upkeep and basic maintenance of the compound, Assisting with the stores and deliveries. Description Conduct stock condition site surveys and produce detailed reports. Effectively communicate with clients and colleagues to ensure project goals are met. Profile A successful Surveyor should have: A degree in a relevant field such as surveying, construction, civil engineering or property. Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
