You will be responsible for but not limited to the following files.
You will handle a varied caseload whilst providing clients with high-quality commercial advice.
My client have a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support their expanding Tonbridge / Maidstone Kent based Painting division , so you need to be based in the area of South East London or Kent ideally
( dont be discouraged if you dont have painting experience this is a 'nice to have' though any background in brickwork or plastering in terms of QS would be very transferrable for this role .
What is also important is experience of managing direct labour as a QS in terms of costings etc
