This is an exceptional opening for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join this award winning team!
Your day to day will include
- Contracts subject to planning approval
- Sales and acquisitions
- Asset sales and acquisitions
- Overages and option agreements
- Commercial financing
- Lease grants and assignments
- Running your own transactions day to day, whilst also assisting with the team's property development caseload
- Representing developers, occupiers, high net worth individuals, retailers, lenders and borrowers
- Developing and expanding commercial client offering
About you:
- You should be comfortable managing a full and busy caseload
- 2 years or more PQE in Commercial Property
- Enjoy a challenging, fast-moving professional environment
- Be a team player and highly collaborative

The position is full-time, and your hours will be 9.00am to 5.00pm with 25 days holiday per annum.
