Venn Group's specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Council based in the West Midlands in their search for an experienced Locum Major Projects and Regeneration Lawyer.
This is a full-time position where you will be providing strategic and operational legal advice within the Council's Legal Services Team.
You will oversee a range of projects, including retrofit, compliance, and decent homes initiatives, ensuring they are delivered to cost, quality, and time constraints.
As the Interim Capital Programme Contract Manager, you will be responsible for delivering Housing Capital Programme contracts to achieve the objectives, targets, and priorities of the Council while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
The role entails managing approximately £20 million per annum of spend on a variety of improvement projects to the council's landlord properties within the Housing Revenue Account (HRA).
