Building effective relationships with our residents will enhance the community spirit and everything that we deliver should be done so with our residents at the forefront of our minds, as the Residents Experience Manager it will be your responsibility to always drive exceptional service.Key Responsibilities1.
Responsible for the delivery of a first-class customer experience and the management of a team of 7 who will be responsible for all front of house services including administration, compliance, events, liaising with all residents, visitors, and the wider local community.
The work involves the acquisition of property rights and environmental consents necessary to deliver utility projects, negotiating access and settling agricultural damages and advising our clients on the effect of legal notices in relation to their operations.
The role would suit an organised individual with negotiation skills and a rural background.
You will be working with a first-class regional team that puts priority on supporting the individual in their work and development.
Existing workload includes minerals estate management, development, valuation, professional consultancy and expert witness.
Work with the existing team to continue to develop the business within these dynamic business sectors.
We don't expect you to be experienced in all of these areas, but there are plenty of opportunities to develop your skill set in areas that may be less familiar to you.
