Qualifications: Required to possess an appropriate construction/services related HNC or equivalent.
We are seeking a reliable Handyman to join our Estates Office team, responsible for maintaining and securing Crossreach Property.
Your role will involve conducting weekly visits to perform security and maintenance checks, ensuring the building remains wind and watertight, and reporting any issues to the Estates Office.
You will also facilitate access for meter readings, water board inspections, emergency services, and occasionally assist with low-level ground maintenance.
To provide a cost effective and high quality legal service to the Council and external clients in relation to property law, commercial, associated matters and other areas of legal work undertaken by the District Council.
6 Month Contracts start in January 2025), Part Time (20 hours per week)
