The role of Compliance Manager is to continuously assess the financial risk of our Members to our business by identifying non-compliance issues and to make and act upon recommendations to avoid, reduce or transfer the financial liability.

Point of referral for colleagues, our Business Partners and anyone reporting concerns or issues with current Members across The Travel Network Group;.
The Professional Ethics & Compliance Team support the work of the firm's Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP), the Compliance Officer for Financial Administration (COFA) and the firm's other SRA Officers in promoting a culture of ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.
Overall purpose for this role
The SRA officers are partners, associates, and senior staff members with specific compliance responsibilities: Complaints Partner, Anti-Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Deputy Anti-Money Laundering Reporting Officer, Professional Indemnity Insurance Officer, Anti-Bribery Officer, Insurance Distribution Officer and Data Protection Officer.
We are continuously looking to update, improve and advance our compliance and Information privacy framework to ensure alignment of our obligations and responsibilities as a Data Controller under the UK data protection regulations, inclusive of UK GDPR and PECr.
Reporting to our Data Governance Manager, you will work within the Compliance team, driving compliance and data protection best practice with an emphasis on our consumer facing Data Protection Office where we handle consumer complaints and queries.
Responsibilities
Work as an Account Administrator for the Data Compliance team mail box processing and managing all internal and consumer facing investigations.
