The crew compliance administrator will play an essential role in the team, providing internal operational and day-to-day client support at the Eastleigh site.
You will provide a range of administrative duties including document management, ensuring compliance with relevant maritime conventions and liaising with Captains, Crew and Clients.
Our client is a dynamic business established in 2013 to deliver first class marine and aviation services to yacht and aircraft owners as well as industry partners from the leisure marine and private aviation industries.
Monitoring the compliance with policies, procedures and requirements, governing the implementing of the TPRM Framework and policies including ones relating to onboarding and offboarding, whilst also supporting the development of exit plans for the potential needs in cases of contract termination.
Undertaking thorough risk assessments and checks on third-party vendors and suppliers and identifying potential data privacy, cybersecurity or financial health related risks and determine the impact of these risks on the business.
